Our story
ParcelTrade started with a simple problem. Many of us in the UK send things home to Uzbekistan: gifts for parents, clothes for the children, things the family has asked for. Too often it meant guessing. Which Telegram channel to trust, what the final price would be, when the flight really leaves, and whether customs would hold the parcel.
We are a small team based in London. We speak Uzbek, Russian and English, and we have all stood in a queue with a heavy box and a lot of questions. So we built the service we wanted to use ourselves: a weekly flight to Tashkent, a clear price before you send, and tracking you can check without calling anyone.
We are still growing, and we would rather do a few things well than promise everything. If something goes wrong, we tell you straight away and explain what happens next. That is what we mean by “no surprises”.
