These shops often cancel or can’t deliver orders sent to a forwarding address like ours.
- Primark
Mostly sold in-store only. Where online ordering exists it is usually click-and-collect at a UK store, so it cannot be delivered to our hub.
- Costco UK
Orders are for members and may be cancelled when sent to a forwarding or business address that does not match the member’s details.
- IKEA UK
Large items often need a home delivery slot and may not be delivered to a business address. Many boxes are also over our 30 kg or size limits.
