Write to us with your name, what you’d like us to do, and any tracking numbers involved.
Please include:
- Your full name (as on your parcels)
- What you’d like us to do (access, correct, delete your data, or make a complaint)
- Any tracking numbers related to your request
We will check it is really you
Before we share or change any data, we will ask you a few questions about your parcels or send a code to your email or phone. We never ask for passport scans, photos or selfies.
