Uzbek law does not allow alcohol to be sent by post or courier at all, whatever the amount. Leave it out of the parcel. A traveller can carry a small amount in personal luggage instead.

Tobacco of any kind, including hookah tobacco, nasvay and heated-tobacco sticks, is banned in postal and courier parcels to Uzbekistan. Please do not pack it.
Guns, gun parts, cartridges and replicas that look like real weapons are banned from import into Uzbekistan. We cannot accept them in any form.
Bladed and striking weapons count as weapons under Uzbek import rules. Ordinary kitchen knives in their shop packaging are fine; ask us first if you are unsure.
Self-defence sprays and stun devices are treated as weapons, and sprays are also dangerous on aircraft. Do not send them.
Explosives, fireworks, sparklers and party poppers are banned from import and are also forbidden on aircraft. Buy celebration items locally in Uzbekistan instead.
Unmanned aerial vehicles, including small camera drones and toy quadcopters, are banned from import into Uzbekistan by individuals without a permit. Please do not send them.
Portable laser emitters, including pointers and laser toys, are banned from import into Uzbekistan. Leave them out of the parcel.
Narcotic and psychotropic substances, including CBD and cannabis products and medicines that contain them, are banned without a Ministry of Health permit. Sending them can lead to criminal charges.
Printed, video and digital pornographic material is banned from import into Uzbekistan. Parcels are X-rayed and can be opened, so do not include it.
Books, prints, recordings and media that promote extremism, religious hatred or undermine the constitutional order are banned. Such items can be confiscated and the recipient questioned.
Fake banknotes, coins and securities are illegal to import. This includes prop money that looks like real currency. Do not send them.
Species listed in the Red Book, and products made from them such as ivory, coral, tortoiseshell or exotic skins, are banned without special permits. Check the label before sending leather or souvenirs.
