Search for an item in English, Uzbek or Russian. Each rule says who sets it: Uzbek customs, the airline, UK sanctions or us.
UK sanctions
UK export controls and sanctions law restrict these goods.
UK sanctions
Dual-use and export-controlled goods
Items on the UK Strategic Export Control Lists need an export licence from the Export Control Joint Unit, and we cannot ship them without one. If you are not sure whether something is controlled, ask us before you send it.
UK sanctions
Goods going on to Russia or Belarus
UK sanctions ban supplying many goods to Russia or Belarus directly or through another country. We only carry goods for use in Uzbekistan and refuse parcels that are meant to be sent on.
UK sanctions
Microchips and electronic components in quantity
Loose chips, processors, microcontrollers and similar parts are on the UK list of high-priority items at risk of diversion to Russia. Personal devices are fine; parcels with loose components are checked by our team and may be refused.
UK sanctions
Drone parts and components
Motors, flight controllers, FPV cameras, transmitters and other drone components are high-priority items under UK sanctions guidance. Drones themselves are also banned in Uzbekistan. We do not carry them.
UK sanctions
CNC machines and machine-tool parts
Computer-controlled machine tools and their parts are on the UK high-priority list. They need a commercial shipment with checks on the end user, not a personal parcel.
UK sanctions
Military-grade equipment
Night-vision devices, thermal imagers, weapon sights, body armour and military radios are export-controlled. We cannot carry them in personal parcels.
