Prohibited

Search for an item in English, Uzbek or Russian. Each rule says who sets it: Uzbek customs, the airline, UK sanctions or us.

Our rules

Items we don’t accept, to keep every parcel safe and on time.

Our rules

Liquids that are not factory-sealed

Opened bottles leak and ruin other parcels in the same bag. We accept shampoo, oils, sauces and other liquids only in unopened, factory-sealed containers, packed upright in a sealed bag.

Our rules

Glass and fragile items without proper packing

Parcels are stacked and handled several times on the way. We accept glass, mirrors and porcelain only if each piece is wrapped in bubble wrap with at least 5 cm of padding on every side. Otherwise we can repack it for you for a fee.

Our rules

Homemade or unpackaged food

Food must be in its original sealed shop packaging with a label, so customs can see what it is and it survives the journey. Homemade cakes, jams, pickles and anything perishable are not accepted. Sweets, tea, coffee and biscuits in shop packs are fine.

Our rules

Parcels over 30 kg

One parcel can weigh up to 30 kg, the limit that couriers and customs work with for personal parcels. Split heavier shipments into several boxes, or ask about our commercial service.

Our rules

Very long items

The longest side of a box is limited, because of how cargo is loaded on the aircraft. Bicycles, furniture and similar items usually need to be taken apart or sent as commercial cargo.

Our rules

Live animals and insects

We carry parcels, not animals. Pets must travel with an airline's own live-animal service and the right veterinary papers.

Our rules

Counterfeit branded goods

Fakes of branded clothes, bags, watches or electronics can be seized by customs in both countries. We only carry genuine goods; keep the receipt for anything expensive.
